8 sessions per month! This is a great option for those who need a little more flexibility in their schedule, but want to have a weekly gym routine!This option includes access to our private Facebook page and free health coaching consult!
Semi-private personal training
Semi-private personal training is a small group setting (up to 4 clients a time) that offers personalized coaching! Each client follows a customized program based on their individual goals, while still getting hands-on guidance, motivation, and support from a coach in a focused, community-style setting.
This is a great option for individuals who are:
1) New to strength training and want to build confidence in a more guided, supportive setting
2) Prefer individual attention but still enjoy the community feel of others training nearby
3) Are an experienced lifter looking for a program designed specifically for your goals
